Leave the wrap behind! With these quick and easy Turkey Cucumber Pin Wheel’s you’ll get all of the fun of a traditional party app, with none of the added carbs. These light and tasty snacks are sure to become a favourite.
INGREDIENTS
¾ cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
4 tbsp of Hummus
8 oz Turkey Luncheon Meat
Jalapeno or hot sauce
DIRECTIONS
- Spread some hummus on each strip of cucumber.
- Slice turkey meat and lay on top of hummus.
- Finely slice jalapeño and lay on top of turkey. Alternatively, use a couple sprinkles of hot sauce.
- Roll up and poke with a toothpick to keep together.
- Remove toothpick before consuming.
