Bullet Proof Coffee

Serves 1


  • 8 oz hot brewed coffee
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp – 1 tbsp MCT Oil
  • 1 tsp butter (for paleo sub ghee)
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until frothy, about 5-15 seconds.
  2. Add in a scoop of Bodylogix Decadent Chocolate Natural Whey to make it a guilt free mocha.
