Bullet Proof Coffee

INGREDIENTS
- 8 oz hot brewed coffee
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 tsp – 1 tbsp MCT Oil
- 1 tsp butter (for paleo sub ghee)
- 1 tbsp collagen powder (optional)
- 1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder (optional)
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all ingredients in a blender, and mix until frothy, about 5-15 seconds.
- Add in a scoop of Bodylogix Decadent Chocolate Natural Whey to make it a guilt free mocha.
