It’s a universal fact: everyone loves chocolate. Enjoy this healthy sweet treat that’s packed with protein, antioxidants, and fibre and fuel your body post-workout.
Ingredients:
(Serves 1)
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
¼ cup blueberries
1 tsp raw oats
6 ice cubes
Directions:
- Set aside some raw oats and a few blueberries.
- Combine the ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a cup and top with the leftover raw oats and blueberries.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
