INGREDIENTS:
1 lb. Ground Turkey
Sriracha Lime Oh My Spice
Garlic Lovers Oh My Spice
1 Garlic Clove
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Shallot
Cilantro
1 Small Thumb Ginger
Olive Oil
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Preheat oven to 450 degrees
- While the oven heats, prep the ingredients (halve, peel and mince the shallot, mince the garlic, peel, then mince the ginger and finely chop the cilantro)
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, shallot, ginger, cilantro, 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Lime, 1 tablespoon Garlic Lovers and 2 teaspoons low sodium soy soys. Form the mixture into 2 patties
- Drizzle olive oil in a large oven-proof pan and heat on medium high-heat. Add the burgers to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer the burgers to the oven to finish cooking for 5-7 minutes
