Spice Up Your Turkey Burgers Fast!


1 lb. Ground Turkey
Sriracha Lime Oh My Spice
Garlic Lovers Oh My Spice
1 Garlic Clove
Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 Shallot
1 Small Thumb Ginger
Olive Oil


  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees
  2. While the oven heats, prep the ingredients (halve, peel and mince the shallot, mince the garlic, peel, then mince the ginger and finely chop the cilantro)
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, shallot, ginger, cilantro, 1 Tablespoon Sriracha Lime, 1 tablespoon Garlic Lovers and 2 teaspoons low sodium soy soys. Form the mixture into 2 patties 
  4. Drizzle olive oil in a large oven-proof pan and heat on medium high-heat. Add the burgers to the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes per side or until browned. Transfer the burgers to the oven to finish cooking for 5-7 minutes
