Lemon Tart Smoothie

This light and creamy smoothie is coming through with all the spring feels. The perfect combo of sweet and tart, with just the right amount of creaminess, for a well-balanced breakfast or mid-day snack you will be wondering why you hadn’t thought to try it before! So, let’s get shaking!


1 lemon, juiced
1 banana, frozen
1 cup cauliflower, frozen
2 tbsp coconut butter
1/4 cup Vanilla Protein Powder
1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk



  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend on high until creamy and smooth.
