8 oz plain cream cheese
8 oz strawberry cream cheese
3 scoops Alani Nu Fruity cereal-flavoured protein powder
1 cup fruity cereal, crushed
Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheeses and protein powder until well combined. Scoop mixture into 18 (1-1/2 tablespoon each) balls. Place on prepared sheet pan and freeze 20 minutes or until firm.
Coat frozen balls in crushed cereal. Store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or the freezer for up to 1 month.
