Ingredients:
53g Pancake Mix
5oz unsweetened milk
1.5 scoops (45g) of Dymatize Cocoa Pebbles ISO-100 protein powder
Directions:
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth
2. Combine mashed banana and egg into dry ingredients and mix to form the batter. Use extra water if the batter is too thick to get the right consistency
3. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat
4. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake
5. Brown on both sides and serve hot
