Oatmeal Banana Blender Pancakes

1 banana
1 egg
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ tsp baking powder  
Pinch of salt
Maple syrup, fruit of choice or nut butter to serve (optional)


  1. In a blender combine first 5 the ingredients. Blend until mixture is smooth.
  2. Allow batter to sit for 10 mins until it thickens.
  3. On a heated non-stick pan on medium heat add batter by spoonful.
  4. Flip pancakes when air bubbles appear.
  5. Remove once golden brown on both sides.
  6. Serve with maple syrup, fruit or nut butter of choice.
