Grape Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients:

1 scoop Yummy Sports Beach Ready Sour Grape
1 frozen banana 
1 cup frozen mixed berries
1 cup frozen grapes, peeled 
1 cup coconut water
1 tsp flax or hemp seeds

Toppings:

grapes, halved
peanuts
Unsweetened coconut flakes 

Instructions: 

  1. Put ingredients into a blender and blend until fully combined.
  2. Pour into a bowl.
  3. Add toppings and enjoy!
