We built upon that concept and offer to you a delicious tasting whole food meal replacement packed full of healthy food choices that will replenish your system when you need it the most.
MRE Lite will deliver the same great taste and excellent source of whole foods as our original MRE formula, but with much lower carbohydrates for the person keeping a close and watchful on his or her macronutrients. That means if you’re dieting and on restricted calories, you too, can enjoy the wonders that MRE can do for your physique.
MRE Lite contains no whey protein allowing for easy digestion. Instead, you’ll get beef, salmon, egg, and chicken protein. Plus, the healthy benefits of brown rice protein, pea protein, and MCT oil. Each serving is just 134 calories with 24g of protein and just 2g of sugar.

Shipment Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Fitdeals.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Our process is simple. Within 3 days, if you do not like the product*, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll work with you to get your return resolved quickly and effortlessly. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will provide you with a full refund of the item if unopened, and with a store credit for up to 50% of the item's value if opened*. Items must be returned in original container. We also allow exchanges for items of equal or less value.
*Does not include Apparel, Liquids or Personal Hygiene Products all sales are final for these products, no returns/exchanges.

Returns due to Address Error
If your order is returned due to address error (missing unit number, street number or incorrect postal code, etc.) you will be responsible for the return and a reshipping fee.
