Ingredients:
1/2 cup rolled oats/quick oats
1 tbsp of Nutraphase French Vanilla Plant-Based Protein
1 ripe banana
1/4 of milk
1 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp of baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix in toppings as desired!!


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Combine all ingredients together until smooth
  3. Transfer into ramekin and bake for 20-25 minutes!
