Shipment Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Damages

Fitdeals.ca is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Refund policy

 At Fitdeals.ca we take pride in making sure that each-and-every customer has a positive experience. Customers can order with confidence and peace-of-mind knowing that your money will never be wasted on a product that is sub-par. If you feel that the results of your supplements are insufficient, please contact us and we will make sure that the situation is remedied quickly and fairly.

 Our process is simple. Within 3 days, if you do not like the product*, email us at help@fitdeals.ca and we’ll work with you to get your return resolved quickly and effortlessly. Once the product is returned to our warehouse, we will provide you with a full refund of the item if unopened, and with a store credit for up to 50% of the item's value if opened*. Items must be returned in original container. We also allow exchanges for items of equal or less value.

 *Does not include Apparel, Liquids or Personal Hygiene Products all sales are final for these products, no returns/exchanges.

 Returns due to Address Error

If your order is returned due to address error (missing unit number, street number or incorrect postal code, etc.) you will be responsible for the return and a reshipping fee.
