Turkey Cucumber Pin Wheels

Leave the wrap behind! With these quick and easy Turkey Cucumber Pin Wheel’s you’ll get all of the fun of a traditional party app, with none of the added carbs. These light and tasty snacks are sure to become a favourite.

INGREDIENTS

¾ cucumber, thinly sliced lengthwise
4 tbsp of Hummus
8 oz Turkey Luncheon Meat
Jalapeno or hot sauce

DIRECTIONS

  1. Spread some hummus on each strip of cucumber.
  2. Slice turkey meat and lay on top of hummus.
  3. Finely slice jalapeño and lay on top of turkey. Alternatively, use a couple sprinkles of hot sauce.
  4. Roll up and poke with a toothpick to keep together.
  5. Remove toothpick before consuming.
