Prosciutto & Avocado Rice Cake

Rice cakes. They’re a great nutritious snack to have at any time of the day, especially on the go, but we can all admit that they’re hardly the most exciting items on the menu. How often have you heard people say “oh yay, rice cakes!” with any sort of sincerity?

Fortunately, the blandness of their own natural tastes, makes them extremely flexible and versatile to any sort of adaptations, and they are a great base for all sorts of tasty snacks. So, if you’re looking for a fresh take on an old favourite, give this prosciutto and avocado variation a try!



1 Avocado
2 Rice Cakes
1 oz of Prosciutto, sliced into strips



  1. Add the prosciutto and sliced avocado to the rice cakes. Season with salt and pepper.
